CANON: Gods Will Be Watching AGE: 46 ABOUT: A long time ago, Liam Ferohn-Gau was a space-age supervillain. He led a genocide against the human race, in spite of being human himself, and slaughtered millions of innocent people in what he considered a virtuous crusade.
But never you mind that. That was more than twenty years ago, now.
These days, Liam- just "Liam", thank you- is an affable middle-aged man who lives a quiet life. Even out of reach of the law, he is “reformed” – nonviolent, well-meaning; kind, even, with no (apparent) ill-will against humans. His past is a well-kept secret. While he deeply regrets what he did, he wouldn’t actually change anything, if given the chance. In fact, he just finished setting into motion an elaborate plot that will lead to billions of deaths – but even before he ended up here, he knew he wouldn’t get to see it come to fruition with his own eyes. Oh, well.
The way I see it, one of three things will happen: he will subtly find a new virtuous crusade, somehow face the justice he ran from, or simply enjoy his star-hopping “retirement” - while learning to come to terms with his suffocating guilt.
NAV CHOICE: Rhys. PLOTTING: -I imagine Liam will try to be just Some Guy (TM) until the chips are down. He's going to be pleased as punch that nobody seems to recognize him, and looks forward to having a clean slate. At least he usually means well. He's going to be all about taking down those space pirates! Sounds like a good time. -This is a bit out there, but I also think it would be fun for him to have a young, perhaps idealistic protege he could mentor. He will describe himself as an old "veteran", willing to help a potential student; all the more delicious the betrayal if said student ever somehow discovers out that "veteran" wasn't exactly the right word. -Liam is a cyborg and can interface with tech. Some of you are AI. Discuss? idk -It might be nice to have a pal who pushes him to actually be the good person he pretends to be. -For what it is worth, I also LOVE negative CR in all of its forms.
